“Baby basket” Social Action in municipal district of Alekseyevsk

Annual charity event - “Baby basket” Social Action was started in the beginning of the current year in all municipal districts of Tatarstan. This April three families of Alekseyevsk municipal district received boxes with goods, clothes and gifts for newborn children.

It should be noted that the social action is implemented upon the initiative of “On Yours Side” Charity Fund in the frames of the Republican Programme “Babyhood”. Each basket contains several items: sleep sacks, lightweight blankets or swaddlers, baby sleepers or sleep sacks, toys, bottle of baby wash or some infused baby soap, sponges.

According to specialists in social work, the main aim of the action is to inform young mothers about the most important things need to clothe, transport, bathe, and feed a baby as well as give him a safe place to sleep and explore.
