Moral and social issues regarding pregnant women who used and abused drugs discussed in Kukmor municipal district

Lenara Shaydullina and Guliya Miftekhova, specialists in social work of the Complex Social Service Centre organized series of meetings with pregnant women who used and abused drugs. The meetings were held within the walls of Kukmor Central District Hospital.
The aim of the meetings was to inform women who abuse drugs, such as alcohol, cocaine, and marihuana about a variety of legal and social responses, including involuntary commitment, forced treatment, and criminal sanctions.
