Environmental education of children in Pestretsy municipal district

Several environmental education lessons for children – fosterlings of the social shelter for minors in Pestretsy municipal district were given in September by Razina Apakimova, social teacher of the shelter.

According to Razina Apakimova, “the duty of instilling a sense of environmental responsibility and awareness is falling on our schools and teachers more than ever before. At such lessons children are provided with information on recycling and details on donating to a series of worthy, conservation-related causes. Part of its goal is to educate the community about national wildlife and the environment they live in.”
