Problems of disabled employment discussed in Almetyevsk

Regular round-table meeting devoted to employment of people with disabilities and socially unprotected groups was recently held within the walls of the Executive Committee of Chistopol municipal district. The meeting was opened with the report of Svetlana Lapteva, Deputy Head of Social Affairs Department of Almetyevsk Executive Committee.

The agenda of the meeting included issues of disabled employment, quotation system set for small and medium-sized enterprises, organization of employment fairs for people with disabilities, making reasonable adjustments to the workplace so that an employee with a disability can do their job effectively.
