18 October 2016, one of the stages of “Up!” Competition of young leaders – Republican Olympiad of Social Projects will be held within the walls of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.

An excursion for schoolchildren of Lyceum №14 to OA «Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M. Gorky» was organized by specialists of Zelenodolsk Employment Centre in the frames of Professional Orientation Project “I choose profession…” implemented in educational institutions of Zelenodolsk.

Another interactive event for children – clients of the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities was recently held by activists of local volunteers’ division in the frames of volunteers’ action “Autumn mood” in cooperation with specialists in rehabilitation. The event gathered 8 children.

Regular employment fair for senior citizen – pensioners and people of preretirement age was held at Employment Centre for Vakhitovsky district of Kazan.

Decade of Senior Citizen was a success, noted Farid Mukhametshin, the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan at the meeting devoted to implementation of legislation in the field of social protection of senior citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan.

An annual seminar with participation of employers – local enterprises and organizations was recently organized by specialists of the Employment Centre of Naberezhnye Chelny. The meeting counted more than 200 participants in total.

There are 14 078 people registered as unemployed with the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan as of 11 October 2016 (3 people less in comparison to showings of the last week).

There have been 237 former employees of processing industry companies registered as unemployed by the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan for the period from 5 to 11 October 2016. Therewith 74 workers of wholesale and retail trade companies missed their jobs and signed up for unemployment benefits.

As of 11 October 2016 the number of unemployed registered with the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan decreased by 19 people over the last week and amounted to 1 736 people out of occupation in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.

Another master-class for children has been held today in the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities in Arsk. The master-class was held by Azaliya Gatiyatullina, mother of one of the clients of the Centre with the aim to teach children to make flowers from foamiran.
