There have been 113 former employees of wholesale and retail trade companies registered as unemployed by the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan for the period from 12 to 18 October 2016. Therewith 83 workers of processing industry companies missed their jobs and signed up for unemployment benefits.
As of 18 October 2016 the number of unemployed registered with the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan decreased by 16 people over the last week and amounted to 691 people out of occupation in Zelenodolsk.
Training workshop for specialists of social care institutions was recently organized by specialists of Republican Information and Methodology Social Service Centre in cooperation with Charitable Fund “Ronald McDonald House” in Kazan. Among the participant of the seminar were specialists of rehabilitation centres for children with disabilities and complex social service centres of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Cheremshany, seven houses where families at risk live in were equipped with fire detectors. The initiative was put forward by specialists of Social Assistance Department of the Complex Social Service Centre and fire and salvage unit located in Cheremshany.
This month, due to work performed by the Republican Inter-Departmental Commission for Living Standards, Labour and Foreign Workers in the Republic of Tatarstan several corporate debtors operating in Kazan cleared arrears in payments.
20 October 2016, regular employment fair will be held at Employment Centre in Naberezhnye Chelny. The fair will be held in cooperation with HR-specialists from 11 local enterprises and organizations. Among them will be: PAO KAMAZ Framework Plant, Municipal Budgetary Pre-school Educational Institution Kindergarten №7, OOO Promzheldortrans-Service, OOO SILEX BRICK PLANT, OOO Oleokam, OAO Chelny-Lada, OOO GAZOBETON.
