15-days courseson computer literacy for senior citizens and people with disabilities – clients of the Complex Social Service Centrewere organized in Mamadyish municipal districtfrom 9 February to 3 March 2017 by specialists of the Social Rehabilitation Department.

Another professional orientation event under slogan “Tailoring repairs” was recently held within the walls of the social shelter for minors of Pestretsy municipal district in the frames of the Republican Social Project “We can do it together”.

Open air workouts aimed at reducing stress and relaxing and easing anxiety are used to be organized for clients of the residential care facility for senior citizens and people with disabilities in Skaryatinsky park located in Chistopol downtown.

“Nimble Fingers” – a social work technology designed and implemented by Tatyana Krasavina, social teacher of the Complex Social Service Centre for Nurlaty municipal district. The technology is focused on development of children’s fine motor skills and train cognitive power of children with special need.

As of 2 March 2017, total amount of accrued personnel compensationreduced by 9 159,7 thousand rubles in the Republic of Tatarstan. Due to work performed by the Republican Inter-Departmental Commission for Living Standards, Labour and Foreign Workers in the Republic of Tatarstan in February 2017, 1 221 employees of 11 enterprises carrying out its activities in Agryiz, Laishevo, Mamadyish, Chistopol, Cheremshanyi municipal districts, cities of Kazan, NaberezhnyeChelny were paid out their money.

The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan informs about the following.

9 March 2017, a regular employment fair will be organized within the walls of the Employment Centre forAksubayevsky municipal district. The fair will be held in cooperation with HR – specialists from 9 local enterprises and organizations.

Number of unemployed registered with the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan decreased by 41 people over the last week and amounted to 4 697 people out of occupation in the city of Kazan as of 28 February 2017.

There are 15333people registered as unemployed with the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan as of 28 February 2017 (264 people less in comparison to showings of the last week).

Innovative social technology Garden Therapy has been used by specialists of the Complex Social Service Centre for Baltasy municipal district since 2016. Garden or horticultural therapy refers to the activities involved while taking care of a garden or an allotment, such as digging, watering and pruning.
