A practice-oriented seminar devoted to rendering social services to families upbringind children with disabilities was held in territorial centre for social help in Nizhnekamsk. Among the participants of the seminar were the specialists of social care institutions of Cheremshansky, Novosheshminsky, Nizhnekamsky raions, the specialists of health care institutions, territorial social protection departments as well as the employees of the Centre.
