Road safety for kids - rules each kid should know

Another lesson on road safety for4 children – fosterlings of the social shelter for minors has been held today in Nizhnekamsk municipal district. “Unlike adults, children do not have the maturity to know what to do and what not, when walking on the roads. Without adult supervision and proper knowledge of road safety rules, children can put themselves at risk”, say specialist in social work Lidiya Beloysova.

At the lesson the children were helped to learn about the traffic lights and signs, and what each color indicated, taught that they might not always be able to see an oncoming vehicle, therefore, they should listen to know if a vehicle was approaching as well as to use the sidewalk when walking on the road
