Opportunities for people with disabilities open in Zainsk

Venera Khaybullina, disabled person of group II, has found formal employment today with the assistance of Zainsk Employment Centre committed to recruiting and employing qualified people with all types of disabilities for suitable jobs.

In May 2017, Venera Khaybullina, send a letter to Elmira Zaripova, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, in which she asked the Minister to consider the possibility of creating a new job for her in the village of Tyugeyevo – a place where she was born and live. She pointed out that it was not impossible to find employment in Zainsk because of bad transport accessibility.

Due to work performed by specialists of the Employment Centre, Venera Khaybullina was hired by one the local businessmen who offered her position of checkout operator. As the disabled Employment Programme was funded through the republican budget, reimbursement for expenses (equipping the workplaces for people with disabilities) amounted to 72 690 rubles.
