Day of Remembrance and Grief – the beginning of Great Patriotic War in Chistopol

A mourning rally coincided with Day of Remembrance and Grief – the beginning of Great Patriotic War was organized in Chistopol municipal district on 22 June 2017. Among participants of the event were veterans of the Great Patriotic War, clients of the Complex Social Service Centre, specialists of the Social Assistance Department, schoolchildren and volunteers.

The participants of the memorial event laid flowers to the Monument to soldiers who fell in battles during the Great Patriotic War in 1941-45, honoured the memory of those died in battles with a minute's silence. The event was ended with Candle of Memory Action.
