Theoretical aspects of addictive behavior and codependent behavior of clients discussed in Complex Social Service Centre in Kazan

Regular supervision for social workers of the Complex Social Service Centre was recently held in Kazan. According to specialists, the purpose of supervision is to enhance the social worker’s professional skills, knowledge, and attitudes in order to achieve competency in providing quality care. It aids in professional growth and development and improves outcomes.
The supervision was held by Lyudmila Chernova, Deputy Head of Department of Social Service Methodology of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan and Gulnara Karpukhina, specialist in social work of the Republican Information and Methodology Social Service Centre.
