Lectures on alcoholism prevention in Nurlaty Complex Social Service Centre

19 January 2017, Thursday

Several lections concerning issues of alcohol abuse among women and alcoholism prevention were recently held within the walls of Nurlaty Complex Social Service Centre. Among the participants of the lectures were adults from families at risk registered on social patronage.

It should be noted that among heavy drinkers, women are more susceptible to alcohol-related heart disease, even though women drink less alcohol over a lifetime than men. Those who had already taken the cure shared their positive experience.
