Ministry of Labour observes disabled employment quota fulfillment

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan  “About disabled employment quotas and reservation of working places for citizens requiring social protection” are set for organizations operating in the Republic of Tatarstan.

December 2016, Almetyevsk municipal district, according to the ruling of the justice of the peace of judicial district №6, HR-specialist of NAO “Elektroshit” was found guilty of committing administrative offence provided in Article 19.7 of Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation and given a sentence.

In this regard the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan  highlights the necessity to supply information about providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities to Employment Centers in proper time.
