Decade of People with Disabilities in Naberezhnye Chelny

Another festive event organized by dancing group “Inspiration” for clients of the Rehabilitation Centre for People with Disabilities was recently held in Naberezhnye Chelny in the frames of the Decade of People with Disabilities traditionally held in December.
The aim of the event that gathered 49 participants was to involve people with disabilities in creative activities.
