“Limited abilities - boundless capabilities” competition in Arsk

In the frames of the Decade of People with Disabilities there was a competition “Limited abilities - boundless capabilities” held in Arsk Culture Centre.
Among the participants of the Competition were fosterlings of the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities of Ars. The children took part in an elimination round of the competition “Limited abilities - boundless capabilities” held in Arsk Culture Centre in the frames of the Decade of People with Disabilities.
