Finger gymnastics helps to develop fine motor skills

Daily finger gymnastics activities are organized by psychologist of the residential care facility for senior citizens and people with disabilities in Menzelinsk.

The main aim pursued by the psychologist is to teach patients to switch attention, improve coordination and develop fine motor skills.

According to specialists, such activities can help to calm the nervous system, lead to positive effect in process of rehabilitation.
