Children from families at risk master de-stress techniques

A special training for children form families at risk has been held today by psychologist of Social Assistance Centre for Family and Children in Nizhnekamsk. The training was held in the frames of work carrying out to prevent drug abuse and promote healthy lifestyle.
The aim of the training counted 24 minors was to teach the children to find ways out of difficult life circumstances.
The psychologist made presentation of safe de-stress techniques, including meditation and training exercises.
