Visits to seriously ill children played by social workers

Social workers of Complex Social Service Centre of Nurlaty in cooperation with librarians used to visit seriously ill children upbringing at home. The specialists red books and presented the little viewers a puppet show.

According to the social workers, the main aim of such visits was to extend a social network of those children that did not have an opportunity to leave bed and communicate with their coevals. What is more parents of such children got a chance to talk to specialists and to switch off from their problems.
