Social rehabilitation of Great Patriotic war veterans

The Republican training workshop“Innovative Social Technologies in Social Rehabilitation of Great Patriotic war Veterans, Senior Citizens and People with Disabilities” has been recently held in the residential care facility for senior citizens and people with disabilities in Chistopol.

Among the official to take part in the training were Deputy minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan YuliyaAbdreyeva, the Head of the Republican Information and Methodology Centre of Social Service Nina Islanova, heads and specialists of residential care facilities for senior citizens and people with disabilities and psychoneurological institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the workshop the specialists discussed the urgent problems of social institutions’ activity, employee appraisal held in accordance with new occupational standards and took part in master classes “Cooking School for Seniors” and “Fitness for Seniors”.
