Relay of Humor in Kamskiye Polyany

Another event titled Relay of Humor has been recently held in the frames of the Decade of People with Disabilities in the Republic of Tatarstan in psychoneurological residential care institution in Kamskiye Polyany. The competition was held among five republican psychoneurological institutions.
Both the participants and viewers enjoyed the event greatly. All the teams got certificates and gifts. The team of the Chistopol psychoneurological residential care institution became the winner in the competition Funny Snowflakes.
