Professional guidance of convicts

In accordance with the cooperation agreement between the Republican Employment Service and Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the specialists of Almetyevsk Employment Centre visited the penal colony №8. The aim of the visit was to assist convicted inmates that were going to be released from prison to choose the professional sphere appropriate for their personal qualities, interests, skills, education level and professional skills and to inform them about the situation on the labour market at the Republic of Tatarstan.
