Rezeda Dzhalolova, the director of the social shelter for minors in Nizhnekamsk took part in the regional seminar devoted to the problems of juvenile delinquency, child neglect and homelessness. She made a report about the implementation of the Federal Law About the social service in the Russian Federation and about the services rendered by the social shelter.
Among the participants of the workshop were teachers of secondary schools and colleges.
