The Day of National Unity and The Constitution Day of the Republic of Tatarstan declared to be holidays

The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection informs.

According to the Article №112 of the Labour Code, the 4th of November – The Day of National Unity is declared to be a non-working day (holiday).

In obedience to the Law 1448-XII of 19 February 1992 “Holidays and commemorative dates”, the 6th of November – The Constitution Day of the Republic of Tatarstan is set as an additional non-working day (holiday).

With the aim of the efficient use of the non-working days and time-off and in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 444 from 28 May 2013 About the staggering of holidays in 2014, the holiday from 24 February, Monday, is pushed forward on 3 Nowember, Monday.

 

Underlining all the above mentioned, in November 2014, 1,2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 9 November are non-working days, 5 and 7 November – working days.

If necessary, the employers can make up an individual activity timetable in accordance with Articles 113 and 153 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation.
