The representatives of Laishevo Employment Centre by order of Laishevo procurator's office took part in the prosecutor's investigation at OOO Yoldyiz. The aim of the inspection was to check the enterprise activity in compliance with labour legislation.
Upon the results of the inspection the following violations were reviled: failure to comply with the due date of salary and leave allowance payments, set by the collective bargain agreement (according to the Article 136 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation) payments for dismissed employees are not paid out on the day of discharge (according to the Article 140 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation).
Money compensation for breach of time limits for salary, leave allowance and other payments is not paid (violation of the Article 236 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation).
Payment arrears as for the 25 September amounted 2,3mln. rubles.
Not every one worker concluded the labour contracts with a written notice (violation of the Article 67 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation), not all the work record books were properly filled in (violation of the Article 66 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation),annual holidays were changed out with the money compensation (violation of the Article 126 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation).
