Incidents report: 9 health and safety incidents on the factory floor in Tatarstan

Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social protection keeps on reporting about people injured in industrial accidents on the factory floor in Tatarstan. According to the data of the State Labour Inspectorate, 3 fatal cases, 5 serious industrial accidents and 1 group case were registered over the period from 8 to 12 September in Tatarstan.

The first fatal case was registered on 3 September at OOO SK Kama enterprise in Kazan. A bulldozer operator died in the lock room.

The second fatal case occurred on 5 September. The electrician of OOO Electro-energoservice in Almetyevsk died having finished his working shift.

The operator of the amusement ride died in the Park of Culture and Rest in Naberezhnye Chelny.

As for the serious industrial accidents, the first one was registered on 3 September at the construction site of The First tech park Special Economic Zone Innopolis.  The assembler of OOO Smart Engineering fell down from heights mantling the ventilation system.

The second accident was registered in Kazan. The paramedic – driver of autonomous public health care institution Emergency ward was injured in the road accident being on duty.

The agriculture of OOO Agricultural Enterprise Shyitsy in Sabyinsky raion was injured on 8 September.

The same day the slinger of OOO Vera in Bugulma got a head injury uploading the bricks at the brickyard area.

The last accident accrued on 10 September. The repair mechanic of ZAO Chelnyvodokanal in Naberezhnye Chelny got a burn on the face as well as inhalation burn performing the works on heat-treatment of the steel pipeline.

The group case occurred on 6 September at ZAO Tatprof in Naberezhnye Chelny. Performing the repair works the electrician and service engineer got pressed under the equipment and received injuries of varying severity.

All the cases are under the investigation at the moment.
