Job bank of Tatarstan contains 43 000 vacancies

To be more precisely, companies and organizations of Tatarstan need 43 704 workers and their demands are increasing day by day. So the number of vacancies reported by employers over reporting week from 9 to 15 April amounted to 4921. Kazan with 20 391 open jobs suffers from the lack of workforce most of all. The same situation is in NaberezhnyeChelny, Nizhnekamsk and Elabuga that are traditional areas of tension. There are 5909, 2742 and 3302 vacancies registered respectively.

It has to be mentioned that absolutely all municipal raions of Tatarstan can suggest unemployed people their open jobs.

Nevertheless in some of the raions, the number of jobless people significantly exceeds the employer’s requirement.

At the same time, the unemployment-vacancy ratio in labour market by the end of the week amounts to 0,4 people per one vacancy.
