The largest number of people recognized as unemployed leave their work of their own volition

As for the showings of the reporting period from 26 March to 1 April the number of unemployed decreased by 213 people and totaled to 709 people. 399 of them left their work of their own volition, 49 – due to liquidation of organization or staff reduction. In total, there are 18 074 people registered as unemployed with the government employment service in Tatarstan as of today.

It should be noted that the largest number of jobless people are traditionally registered in Kazan (3 796) and Naberezhnye Chelny (2 271).  The lowest jobless level was recorded in Aktanyish (42 people).
