Tatarstan job bank contains 38 000 vacancies

To be more precisely, Tatarstan companies and organizations need 38 528 workers and their demands are increasing day by day. So the number of vacancies reported by employers over reporting week from 23 to 29 October amounted to 2729.

Kazan with 19 724 open jobs suffer from the lack of workforce most of all. The same situation is in NaberezhnyeChelny, Nizhnekamsk and Elabuga that are traditional areas of tension. There are 6040, 2389 and 1908 vacancies registered respectively.

It has to be mentioned that absolutely all municipal raions of Tatarstan can suggest unemployed people their open jobs.

Nevertheless in some of the raions, the number of jobless people significantly exceeds the employer’s requirement.

At the same time, the unemployment-vacancy ratio in labour market by the end of the week amounts to 0,46 people per one vacancy.
