Complex audit in job centre of Vysokogorsky raion

From 22 till 30 July this year the authorized officials of Ministry of labour, employment and social protection carried out a scheduled complex inspection of state public institution Job centre of Vysokogorsky raion. The audit included onsite checking.

The audit was aimed at setting up the conformity of the job centre activities with the demands of The Law of the Russian Federation “Concerning Employment in the Russian Federation” № 1032-1 from 19.04.1991, federal state standard of employment services rendered to the public adopted by Ministry of labour and social protection Order №524n from 13.11.2012, administrative procedures of rendering public services adopted by Ministry of Public Health and Social Development and Ministry of labour and social protection Orders.

Ministry specialists checked organization of work on labour safety and rendering employment services to the public.

Some violations of the law on employment were discovered by the auditors in the course of the inspection: incorrect information in the register of recipients of state services in the area of employment, bad organization of paid community service, violations in determination of the period of unemployment benefit payment.

Some cases of breaking the Administrative regulation of public services rendering were found as well.
