Tatarstan will be celebrated Kurban Bairam on October 25

In connection with numerous appeals of the employees of the enterprises and organizations of the Ministry of labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan informs.
In accordance with article 112 of the Labor code of the Russian Federation on November 4 - Day of National Unity non-working holiday.
Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 19.02.1992г. № 1448-XII «On holidays and memorable dates of the Republic of Tatarstan» in the Republic of installed additional non-working holidays, including:
Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, November 6,
Eid al-Adha (Kurban Bairam).
The day on which in accordance with the lunar calendar and established traditions account for the start of the holiday of Eid al-Adha, is determined by the decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Adopted on the basis of this Law the decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan from 27.06.2012г. № PD-510 «On determination of the days of the holidays Uraza-Bairam and Kurban-Bairam in 2012,» of the day, on which in 2012 accounts for the start of the holiday Kurban-Bairam, is determined by October 25.
In 2012, the non-festive day, November 4 - national unity Day - coincides with the day off - Sunday. Under the above article of the Labor code of the Russian Federation in the case of coincidence of the output and working the festive days of the day off is transferred to the next after the working day. Accordingly, a day off from Sunday November 4 was postponed to Monday 5 November.
Thus, in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 on October 25, as well as 4 and 6 November are non-working holidays, 5 November is a day off.
