«Happy is he who is happy at home», - Lev Tolstoy wrote. Today we selebrate one of the happiest, kindest and home holidays - the International day of a family.
This memorial is urged to remind once again of family values and to pay attention of the public to family problems.
The family serves as a link of different generations, she is the keeper of spiritual, national and cultural traditions. The strong, healthy family is a basis of the strong country. For this reason family and social and demographic problems constantly are in sight of the government.
The social policy of the Republic of Tatarstan is directed on formation of the strong family foundations and strengthening of the institute of the family. In our region payments of benefits to children are provided, the program of a social mortgage works. We make all efforts for support of socially unprotected children and needy families.
This memorable day I express sincere gratitude and I wish good luck to parents who are adequately bringing up not only own, but also adopted children, to large families, married couples with a long-term experience of family life, and also to newly-married couples and those who else is going to establish his own family.
