“Join Hands, Friends” Gala Concert in Kazan
Today, a Gala Concert of the XI Festival of artistic creativity among people with disabilities “Join Hands, Friends” took place at the Ekiyat Children's Center.
Among the honored guests of the event were the Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Elmira Zaripova, Secretary of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Lilia Mavrina, Head of the Kazan Executive Committee Denis Kalinkin, First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee Rustem Gafarov, Head of the Sovetsky District Administration of Kazan Roman Fathutdinov.
In 2008, the festival was attended by teams of two institutions of the Soviet district, and in 2013 the festival has already become a republican one.
This year the festival's Organizing Committee received applications from 20 institutions from Kazan, Saby, Nurlaty, Laishevo, Zelenodolsk, Pestretsy, Arsk, Menzelinsk districts. For the first time, teams from Moscow and Samara took part in the event.
