In connection with the numerous appeals of enterprises and organizations, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan informs about the following.
In accordance with Article 112 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, November 4 - National Unity Day is a non-working holiday.
In 2018, the festive day of November 4 coincides with the day off - Sunday. If the day off and non-working holiday coincide, the day off is postponed to the next working day after the holiday. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of February 19, 1992 No. 1448-XII “On Holidays and Memorable Dates of the Republic of Tatarstan” in the Republic of Tatarstan November 6 is Constitution Day of the Republic of Tatarstan - a non-working day (holiday).
Thus, in 2018, with a five-day work week, November 3, 4, 5 and 6 are non-working days (holidays).
