International Day of Older Persons in municipal district of Cheremshany
An exhibition of handicrafts made by clients of the Home Care Department was recently organized in the Complex Social Service Centre in municipal district of Cheremshany. The event was held in the frames of the Decade of Older Persons annually held in all the municipal districts if the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to specialists in social work, clients of the Home Care Department are creative people, needlewomen and mistresses. With their skillful fingers they created a lot of needlework masterpieces. For example, Elena Semyonovna Kozlova knitted lace for the exhibition, Taisia Aleksandrovna Shakirova - beautiful shoes, Valentina Ivanovna Egorova made flowers from threads, Alexandra Kuzminichna Deryabina sewed an apron, and Olga Vasilyevna Lazareva wove a basket of flowers from paper.
