In "April" the month of distribution of information on autism is carried out

In the Kazan rehabilitation center for children and teenagers with the limited possibilities "April" events within a month of distribution of information on autism are held.

The specialists of the center note that children, with violations of an autistichesky range, should  be  involve daily into interesting, but rather difficult kinds of activity. There is a number of games and occupations in which children-autists with pleasure take part. In the center effective technologies such as - PECS, ABA, touch integrativny therapy etc- are put into practice. Children, suffering from autism, do not always accurately realize, what exactly they are  interesting in, therefore they are acquainted with different types of activity. Thus, they learn not only a lot of new things, but also learn to communicate with people around. In staff’s plans for the near future is opening of groups of day stay.

Let's note, for the past year in the center “April” 25 children with violations of an autistichesky range, and for the first 3 months of this year – already 10 children – have passed rehabilitation.

For the reference: autism is a continuous violation of development which is shown within the first three years of life. Number of children suffering from autism, is high in all regions of the world and has serious consequences for children, their families, communities and societies. The scientific organization "Autism Speaks", largest in the USA, argues that in the world 67 million people have this disease which remains the most quickly extending in the world – today every 110th child suffers from it.
