A free skating for socially endangered children was organized by the staff of the Social service of the population in Nurlat.
This event will help the children to learn the basic figures of figure skating during their spring vacations. The children will also be able to train at the training halls of the ice palace.
The children can come to the ice palace any time they want. There is no strict time schedule because the kids come from different nearby villages.
The aim of this event is to promote a healthy life style.
