"Team-based approach" of work was introduced at the Vysokogorskiy centre of social service of the population "Emet"

Specialists of the Department of in-home social services of the Visokogorskiy centre of social service of the population "Emeth" introduced  "Team-based approach"  for delivery of in-home social services.
In the conditions of the changeable spring weather the specialists have a great volume of services to be rendered, such as  cleaning the territory from snow.
The introduction of the "Team-based approach"  in the Department is explained by the fun the workers get while working together and by the shorter period of time needed for rendering a service.
 "Team-based approach" of work is used in those villages, where there are more than 3 social workers.
