The masters of primary and secondary vocational training have finished the upgrading of their qualifications in Germany.
The best 4 masters of vocational training have undertaken the internship in cooking, 8 masters, who teach welding, have had lessons at the academic centre of the BMW AG corporate group.
The educational program for welders included lean manufacturing, logistics, organizing of working places, etc.
During the visit our specialists have demonstrated a high professional level of welding, tried their skills on the German equipment.
The knowledge that had been received in Germany is already being transferred to the students in Tatarstan. The task set before the masters is to prepare several winners of the future competitions in professional skills.
It should be noted that for this upgrading of qualification in Germany only the best masters were chosen. They showed the highest results in qualification exams.
This year 60 masters of primary and secondary vocational training have undertaken the internship at the industrial enterprises of Tatarstan. The internship was organized in 4 fields: service, building, agriculture, machine engineering. As a result, all the participant have upgraded their skill category up to the maximum.
In order to organize systematic work to support various categories of Fatherland defenders, participants in heroic events, as well as to perpetuate the memory of servicemen and law enforcement officials who died in the performance of military and official duty, a public project of the Volga Federal District “Heroes of the Fatherland” was held.
