“Designing An Accessible City” Workshop in Kazan

Specialists in rehabilitation and work with disabled people from several territorial subjects of the Russian Federation recently visited Kazan to take part in “Designing An Accessible City” Workshop organized within the walls of Kazan Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities.

Among participants of the event were specialists of ministries and agencies of the Chelyabinsk Region, Sverdlovsk Region, Samara Region, Volgograd Region, Udmurt and Komi Republics.

Specialists of Kazan Rehabilitation Centre shared their experience in the field of creating accessible environment for children with disabilities, older people, those with hidden disabilities, people with mobility, visual and hearing impairments.
