In Naberezhnye Chelny 'Limited possibilities - unlimited rights ' project is being realized

Today at the center of rehabilitation of invalids ' Izgelek ' in Naberezhnye Chelny the intellectual game "Brain-ring" was held.
The game was organized within the project 'Limited possibilities - unlimited rights ' with the support of the central selective commission of the Republic of Tatarstan, of the center of rehabilitation of invalids and ' NIKA ' youth club.
5 teams took part in the game. According to the organizers, all the participants have shown high erudition and good knowledge of the election rights.
