AO SF Tatnefteprovodstroy modifies workplaces for people with disabilities
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “About disabled employment quotas and reservation of working places for vulnerable social groups” quota systems implemented at all private and public enterprises or institutions of the republic of Tatarstan.
July 2018 another agreement between AO SF Tatnefteprovodstroy and the Government Employment Service for Almetyevsk municipal district was signed, according to which the employer has to make reasonable adjustments to the workplace so that an employee with a disability can do their job effectively.
The Workplace Adaptation Programme implemented by the Government Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan is available for employers, employees and self-employed disabled people who need to adapt the workplace or purchase specialised equipment for staff with disabilities.
