National Tatar holiday Sabantuy celebrated in Arsk municipal district

National Tatar holiday Sabantuy was celebrated in the residential care facility for senior citizens and people with disabilities in Arsk municipal district on 13 July 2018.

The holiday was opened with a concert. After that, a series of traditional tournaments toke place in the yard. The competitions included sack fighting on a log, walking on a wet tilted log, sack racing, running with a spoon in mouth, which had a chicken egg in it, climbing up a slippery pole, and other amusing contests, as well as folk song and dance performances.
