The social index in Republic Tatarstan for the fourth quarter 2011 makes 145,3 %

The social index in Republic Tatarstan for the fourth quarter 2011 makes 145,3 %, or 113,3 % on the average for every month quarter.
Such size of an index is confirmed by the decision of the Ministry of Labour, employment and Republic Tatarstan social protection № 1 from February, 16th, 2012 under the offer of the Republican interdepartmental commission on definition of size of the Social Index with a view of maintenance of protection of interests of the population occupied in economy of republic.
According to the decision of the given commission at definition of size of a social index for the fourth quarter 2011 for a basis the indicator of an index of growth of size of a monthly average salary at the enterprises and in the organizations is accepted, including subjects of small business, in the Republic Tatarstan, made for October-December, 2011 1,453. Accordingly, the size of the Social Index for 4 quarter 2011 will make 145,3 %, or 113,3 % on the average for every month quarter.
The social index is a base reference point at carrying out by the enterprises, the organizations of increase of tariff rates, salaries for the workers. It is recommended to be applied at presence at the enterprises of means, sufficient actions to financing on salary indexation.
