In the Menzelinsky rehabilitation centre "Umyrzaya" for children and teenagers with the limited possibilities expand the ways of support of motor and functionality of pupils. For children visitings of the section on swimming in a sports complex "Anniversary" are organised.
Experts notice that adaptive physical culture and sports occupy one of the leading places in the rehabilitation process. Swimming is an effective remedy of training of kardio-respiratory system, conditioning to the cold, normalisation of bioelectric activity of muscles, normalisation of activity of the central nervous system etc.
Besides, lessons in pool are an effective remedy of social rehabilitation, make big psychological impact on perfection of strong-willed qualities, promote the fullest readaptation in a society
