Parents have come to an agreement with their children

In the Nizhnekamsky socially-rehabilitation center "Balkysh" work of the club «Family drawing room» has renewed. On the first lesson of this year psychologists of the center have spent a training lesson «Bill about the rights» for parents. Formation skills of effective interaction with children at clubmen, abilities to come to an agreement and convince became the purpose of the given meeting.
Employees of the center notice that many people complain that to force the child to carry out his duties is very difficult. Thus parents frequently don't consider requirements and interests of children. To distribute duties correctly and thus not to strike the rights of the child, the training « Bill about the rights» has been aimed. During the action it was necessary for parents to be divided into 2 groups: the first - played a role of children, the second - their parents. Adults had got into the role of "children" very well and actively defended their rights. The group of parents needed to show all eloquence and available experience to convince "children" to perform the duties. In the process of hot discussion the list of duties and the rights of children has been accepted.
Analyzing the lesson parents have noticed that such form of interaction with children is new to them. It was found out that conflicts as a rule, arise because parents don't explain to the children why it is necessary to observe those or other rules. In the conclusion the psychologist has recommended to parents to spend this exercise at home with the members of their family, and at the following meeting to tell about the received results.
