In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “About disabled employment quotas and reservation of working places for vulnerable social groups” quota systems implemented at all private and public enterprises or institutions of the republic of Tatarstan.
According to specialists of the Government Employment Service, disabled employment quotas help to avoid including indirect discrimination of persons with disabilities within employment procedures, as well as their fear of forfeiture of social benefits upon entering into an employment contract.
