The innovative model of preventive maintenance of repeated offenses among teenagers is fulfilled under the republican program «Believe in yourself!»

In Tatarstan under the program «Believe in yourself!» since 2009 the innovative model of preventive maintenance of repeated offenses and crimes among the minors, having the conflict to the law was fulfilled.
The target group includes minors who are in special closed type establishments and have come back from establishments of execution of punishment. The system of social rehabilitation begins in places of serving of punishment of minors and proceeds after their discharging and arrival in their residence. Now on the basis of the Kazan center of the social help to a family and children of "Gaile" the single databank of minors, being and discharging from places of serving of punishment in the Republic of Tatarstan is conducted. The information is given from 4 closed type establishments: the republican special comprehensive closed type school after N.A.Galljamova, the center of time maintenance of minor offenders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about the Republic of Tatarstan, Raifsky special professional school №1, the Kazan educational colony of Central administrative board of Federal Agency of execution of punishments about the Republic of Tatarstan. In the databank there is an information on 688 condemned minors, 148 of them are in teaching and educational closed type establishments, 540 of them were discharged from establishments of closed type.
After release from closed type establishments municipal socially-rehabilitation consultations develop an individual interdepartmental program of social rehabilitation of the minor and his family. If in 2009 from the moment of the Order and program statement «Believe in yourself!» on interdepartmental patronage there were 8 minors, who had discharged from places of serving of punishment, now there are 401 of them.
