In the republic municipal unions local social services are created

In Tatarstan the innovative model on creation of local social service is realized.
According to the experts of the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the RТ, the purpose of the given model is formation of interdepartmental system on rendering of early help to the families of risk groups directed to preventive maintenance of social orphanhood and deprivation of the parental rights. In the beginning of realization of the program of service of the local social help have been created in 15 municipal areas. Now they function in all municipal unions of the republic and their quantity has reached 362.
The municipal union territory shares on social sites to which the curator – the expert of the center or a branch of the social help to a family and children is fixed. Curators carry out social monitoring in the fixed territory, make the social passport, organize preventive work in common with experts of law-enforcement bodies, public health services.
On each site advisory points are opened. Introduction of a model of the local social service in activity of the centers and branches of the social help to a family and children has allowed to approach social services to requirements of the population. Timely support, a good advice, consultation of parents, the organization «schools for parents», «schools of young mother», self-help groups are included into a circle of the basic actions of the local social service and is made in the territory, approached to a child and his family.
The basic result of the model of the local social services is introduction of a social technology of early revealing and account of children's trouble by a territorial principle, rendering of timely help to a child and his family.
