In the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the RТ realizations of 6 innovative models of protection of children who are in difficult life situation, in a format of republican programs are summed up.
As Natalia Butaeva, a deputy minister, has informed that innovative practice within three years had been captured all municipal unions of the republic. Each model is directed to strengthening of protection of target group of children. In particular, within the limits of the model «Active inclusion of children-invalids and their families in social life in a residence» in the republic the service of house vising as a new kind of house rendering of social services of the heaviest category from among children-invalids is created. Experts of establishments of public health services, education,autonomous local bodies are involved in work of services of house visiting. Target group are children-invalids with plural infringements - restrictions in movement, sight infringements, intellectual backwardness. The majority of these children has no possibilities to visit kindergartens, educational institutions, rehabilitation centers in our system.
Base platforms are created in 14 municipal unions by which the databank about children with heavy infringements, needing in house visiting, is generated, - 937 people. Experts work in three directions. The first is concentrated on development of a child, formation of the general abilities for normal life and the further training, special abilities and knowledge. The second trains parents of the child in skills of the assistant. And the third is directed to the environment adaptation to needs of ane invalid: creation of conditions thanks to which the child can use everything, than others use, auxiliaries use.
In Elabuga, Nizhnekamsk and Kazan for support of families which are bringing up children with the limited possibilities, volunteers and sponsors who render address material aid are involved and provide carrying out leisure actions.
